Late last year I decided to try out intermittent fasting. I was tired of being overweight (what’s new) and figured I had no spare change so something simple and sustainable would be the best way to start and build from. More than anything though I hoped it would be something sustainable.
Here’s how it went…
I have since gone back to this programme/plan/way of eating since the year started, yes with plenty distractions and missed days. Even so I have been soldiering on. Look out for upcoming videos on my progress.
