Okay okay, so I’ve been around the block on this healthy living journey. Most of it was me trying to figure out what works and most specifically if it will work for me.
A lot actually did work, but a lot also did not have staying power, and this became pretty strenuous for me and as to be expected had a detrimental impact on my whole journey.
Last year I found out about intermittent fasting and I began searching the web for more info and I have not stopped researching since.
